Check the exact tool and part

Read the fitting label and guidance for your exact tool model and generation. Manufacturer-listed for this model means the manufacturer lists that model and consumable pairing. Manufacturer-evidenced fit means VanBrain has assessed the fit against sourced manufacturer requirements; it is not an explicit manufacturer model-and-part listing.

Your own notes, manual references and measurements do not create a verified catalogue match. Catalogue evidence is not an inspection of your actual tool or the part you receive. Check their markings, condition, current manufacturer instructions, material suitability and operating limits before use.

Keep a backup

VanBrain uses local storage and does not synchronise your van between devices. Keep exports of important records and photos. See Support for backup and restore guidance.

Shopping and purchasing

Shopping provides a planning list, quantities and manual tick-off. Version 1.0 has buying links disabled. Version 1.0.1 restores external Amazon UK links for verified catalogue items; install the update when available. VanBrain does not place orders or confirm purchases.

In version 1.0.1 and other purchasing-enabled builds, purchases take place with the external retailer. Check the exact product, seller, quantity, price and delivery before ordering. Your VanBrain list quantity is not transferred to Amazon. Opening a link does not place an order. Using Buy on Amazon directly on a Shopping row ticks that item off after the link opens; untick it if you still need it. Opening Amazon through View buying options leaves the item needed. Tick it off yourself after buying. Neither route confirms a purchase.
